Sauerkraut and Fish Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g Sauerkraut
  • 100g Smoked Haddock
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 sliced Rye Bread
  • 200g Oil
  • Drizzle Honey
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

1.Boil eggs and toast bread slices.

mix together salad dressing. NB! you can serve this salad with sour cream dressing. It would be different but still very delicious

Mix together sauerkraut, sliced egg, fish and bread pieces. Serve
